Return Instructions Guide

At BESTEA, we aim to make returns and replacements simple when needed.

Step 1: Check Eligibility

  • Eligible when you receive a wrong item, a damaged/defective product, or an incomplete order (missing items).
  • Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or partially consumed tea products.

Step 2: Notify Us Within 48 Hours

Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

  • Our team will review within 1‒2 business days and confirm replacement or refund eligibility with next steps.

Step 4: Prepare the Product for Pickup

  • Keep the item in original packaging with labels/invoice.
  • Hand over to the courier when they arrive.

Step 5: Refund or Replacement

  • Replacements ship within 3‒5 business days after approval.
  • Approved refunds are initiated within 7‒10 business days to the original payment method (handled securely via Razorpay).

Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval cannot be processed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
  • Keep all packaging materials until your request is resolved.
