5) Pricing, Taxes & Payment
All prices are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed. We may change prices at any time. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other supported modes shown at checkout. We do not store full card/UPI credentials.
6) Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept only when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel/refuse any order (e.g., pricing/stock errors, suspected fraud). If payment was captured and the order is cancelled, we will refund you.
7) Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are indicative; delays can occur due to factors beyond our control once handed to courier partners.
8) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9) User Content (Reviews/Feedback)
When you submit reviews or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and service improvement, subject to our moderation guidelines. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.
