BESTEA Shipping Policy
1) Serviceable Areas
We ship to most locations across India through trusted courier partners. Availability depends on pincode serviceability at the time of checkout.
2) Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1‒2 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
- We do not process, ship, or deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
3) Shipping Methods & Timelines (Indicative)
- Standard Delivery: usually 3‒7 business days from dispatch, depending on destination.
- Expedited options may be offered on select routes; timelines will be shown at checkout.
Note: Remote locations may take longer due to courier network constraints.
4) Shipping Fees
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier rates.
- Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on our website or product pages.
5) Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link/ID via email (and/or SMS where available).
- Tracking events may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
6) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Orders
- Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are complete and accurate.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or premises closed, the package may be returned to origin (RTO). On RTO, we can reship (with additional shipping charges) or refund the product value less outward shipping costs, as applicable.
7) Delivery Attempts & Receipt
- Couriers generally make 1‒3 delivery attempts. Keep your phone reachable for delivery coordination.
- Please inspect the outer packaging at delivery. If the package appears damaged/tampered, you may refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
8) Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If you receive a wrong item, damaged product, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, issue description, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
9) Force Majeure & Delays
Delivery estimates are indicative and can be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, regional restrictions, peak-season load, etc.). We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but delays under such circumstances are not our liability.
